My client is going through a large recruitment drive due to expansion and currently has a number of Development positions within the full stack team.

About the Role

You'll be working on exciting projects using JavaScript and TypeScript (Angular, with plans to transition to Vue.js) for frontend development, and PHP with the Laravel framework on the backend. These systems power essential tools for managing large-scale customer insight projects.

You'll collaborate with developers, engineers, and designers to build, enhance, and maintain systems that make a real difference. They use modern development practices, including Git, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and open-source coding standards. They also provide plenty of opportunities for growth-whether it's diving into new technologies or exploring different areas of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Turning requirements and specifications into high-quality code and robust tests.
• Developing intuitive frontends and powerful backends for web portals.
• Contributing to architectural decisions and improving system design.
• Collaborating with engineering, testing, and UX teams to deliver seamless experiences.
• Supporting and improving operational services in partnership with IT & Operations.

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in PHP (Laravel) and JavaScript/TypeScript (Angular or Vue.js).
• Exposure to information security and coding standards.
• Experience with AWS and serverless technologies.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS for building polished interfaces.

Bonus Skills:

• Optimising SQL queries for complex data sets.
• Building privacy-centric applications.
• Developing for high-availability systems.
