Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Proclaim system functionality, including workflows, templates, and reports.
- Perform system administration, including task server setup, user configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to deliver seamless system improvements.
- Liaise with third parties, such as Access Legal Systems, to ensure efficient integration of upgrades.
- Document and implement system changes, ensuring recovery plans are in place.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in database programming and query languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator, capable of reporting technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Proven negotiation skills for managing external projects and maintenance.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Proclaim Technical Level 4 training or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in case types, screen design, workflow creation, and report generation.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, auto routines, and web interfacing (ASP, PHP, or similar).
- Familiarity with Proclaim v3.5, A2A integration, and MI Warehouse.
- Background in Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, or related case types is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Windows networks, Active Directory, and Exchange.
