The ideal candidate will:

- Have a strong background in software delivery and a passion for development.- Be eager to learn and apply new technologies.- Write high-quality code in C#, React, and .NET, adhering to established processes and standards.

Required Skills and Experience

- Commercial software development experience in React.- Proficiency in .NET Core, .NET Framework, and SQL.- A proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.- Knowledge of web design, responsive frameworks, and mobile development.- Experience deploying applications to the cloud and building CI/CD pipelines.- A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Experience mentoring junior developers.- The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:

- Collaborate individually and as part of a team to develop high-quality applications.- Enhance and support the existing code base.- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge.- Define and shape coding standards and practices within the team.- Assist product owners as needed.- Support all project phases, including writing technical specifications and providing work effort estimates.
