As a Senior PHP Developer, you will work on enhancing a rapidly growing platform, contributing to both back-end and front-end development. Collaborating closely with the development and digital marketing teams, you will create scalable solutions, optimize the platform for SEO and conversions, and play a key role in mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Back-End Development: Build and maintain secure and scalable systems using PHP (v8.1) and Laravel (v9).
- Front-End Development: Lead efforts to deliver exceptional user experiences, focusing on TailwindCSS, AlpineJS, and Laravel Livewire.
- SEO and Conversions: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and test features that improve traffic and user engagement.
- Infrastructure Management: Ensure high platform availability and performance by managing AWS infrastructure.
- Mentorship: Guide and support junior developers to foster a culture of learning and excellence.
- Code Quality: Follow best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to maintain high-quality standards.
Tech Stack
- Languages & Frameworks: PHP (v8.1), Laravel (v9), Laravel Livewire, AlpineJS, TailwindCSS.
- Infrastructure: AWS (ECS, RDS, S3, Redis), MySQL (v8), Metabase.

Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in PHP and Laravel development.
- Strong front-end skills with expertise in TailwindCSS, AlpineJS, and related tools.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles applied in web development.
- Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and MySQL database optimization.
- Familiarity with debugging and performance monitoring tools like NewRelic.
