Overview

Our prestigious client are seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer to join their team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to enhance business processes and user experiences. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions, while also integrating RPA tools with ServiceNow for workflow optimization.

This position can be based from any of our clients UK offices on a hybrid basis, with offices based in most major cities.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on Virtual Agent and RPA flows

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Implement and configure ServiceNow Virtual Agent to automate and streamline the customer experience

- Integrate RPA tools with ServiceNow for automating repetitive tasks and optimizing workflow efficiency

- Optimize ServiceNow platform performance and ensure high availability by monitoring, analyzing, and resolving performance issues

Qualifications

- Wide-ranging experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow, including workflows and integrations

- Proficiency in ServiceNow Virtual Agent and/or RPA

- Excellent programming skills in JavaScript

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

- Effective communication and collaboration skills across all levels
