In this post you will be venturing into the world of eCommerce solutions. You'll be joining a tech company who have developed a niche set of products within their high-growth industry sector. It's the kind of company where people stick around for a long time, so this could be a great career move for you.

You'll be reporting into a Software Development Director who has worked for some of the biggest companies in the world and led innovative SaaS developments.

As Software Development Manager you'll be instrumental in helping the team transition to an Agile way of working. You'll be able to bring your experience managing sprint planning and the team's performance, and ensuring efficient and smooth delivery of products to customers.

We'd love to hear your thoughts on a continuous improvement plan for the team, too.

Your new boss will be really interested in your keen eye for efficiency as he wants to reduce delivery timeframes to improve their deployment process, as they are winning so much new business.

It would be a huge bonus for you as Software Development Manager if you have worked working alongside a DevOps team. Also, working on integration projects as a key part of this role is integrating customised payment solutions into customers' website.
