Automation Test Engineer
Salary : Up to £44,000 plus benefits
Remote Working & Flexibility (must be based within the UK)
We're looking for an Automation Test Engineer to join an industry leading organisation that are going through a period of growth due to continued success! This organisation is within a very exciting & busy industry that are making a massive positive impact too our communities.
This is being further driven by a large digital transformation where you will be part of a newly built team! This team is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and software to their users and need a tester to join to ensure that these solutions are robust, reliable and efficient!
Key Responsibilities
- To design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to drive efficiency across the function. Be competent in one or more coding language such as JavaScript, TypeScript or C#/.Net.
- Proven experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright or Jest.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify and prioritize test cases for automation.
- Perform end-to-end testing of web, mobile, and API functionalities.
- Analyse test results, identify defects, and report issues clearly and concisely.
- Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of bugs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and propose innovative automation strategies.
- Familiarity with a cloud centric and / or CI/CD environment is desired
