Behaviour Support

Empowering Learning are working closely with a vibrant school in Eccles, Salford supporting children and young people who struggle with with SLD, EBD, autism and behavioural support. The ideal candidate should be hands on and confident in delivering sports sessions (PE) to children and young people.

Your Role

As Behaviour Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting vulnerable children in their academic and personal development. Your responsibilities will include:

-Encouraging young people with their proactive learning

- Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to create tailored learning plans.

- Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements

- Experience working with special needs children is preferred but not essential.

- Passion for creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
