We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join a vibrant secondary school in Manchester. Behaviour Support Assistant Role

As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will:

  • Work 1:1 and with small groups to provide tailored behaviour support.
  • Assist in managing challenging behaviours in the classroom and around the school.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils to promote engagement and positive attitudes to learning.
  • Support teaching staff in delivering lessons by maintaining a calm and productive classroom environment.
