Salary: 14.65-15 PH
Hours: Full-time- Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm

The Role:
We are seeking a caring and motivated Care Assistant to join our team. You will provide essential support to our students, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met throughout the school day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students with personal care needs, including toileting, feeding, dressing, and mobility support.
- Support students in the classroom, helping them engage with learning activities under the guidance of teaching staff.
- Promote independence and self-confidence in students, encouraging them to develop life skills.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance, helping students manage anxiety and other challenges.
- Ensure a safe and hygienic environment, adhering to school policies and safeguarding standards.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to support each student's individual care plan.

Essential Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people in a care, educational, or healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of personal care routines and safeguarding practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable:
- Experience working with children with SEN.
- Training in moving and handling or other relevant care practices.
- First Aid certification.
