Start date: ASAPLocation: TamesideContract: Fixed termWorking Pattern: Full-timeYour new school:This primary school in Tameside is in search of a flexible, hard-working SEN specialist Teaching Assistant to join their school within the EYFS classroom. This school is highly regarded and recommended amongst parents and staff alike, with supportive staff and brilliant facilities.Your new role:Within this new role you will be working with one child that has an EHCP and needs some extra support within the classroom. You will oversee specialised activities and will deliver these outside of the classroom. Previous experience supporting children in a 1.1 situation is desirable and previous knowledge of the EYFS curriculum is needed to support this child to the highest standard. This is a full-time and long-term Teaching Assistant role.Requirements to succeed in your new role:

  • SEND experience and knowledge
  • Teaching Assistant experience within the last two years
  • Two working references from your most recent jobs that apply relevance to the position
  • Previous experience within the EYFS classroom
