Position: Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support)

Location: Oldham

Pay Rate: £85 to £90 per day (depending on experience)

Contract: Full-time, long-term

In this fulfilling role, you will be providing tailored support to a child in Year 4 with moderate behavior needs. Your invaluable assistance will include setting boundaries, offering brain breaks, and participating in learning walks to ensure the child's learning journey is successful. By working closely with the student, both in the classroom and during break time, you will play a vital role in fostering their personal and academic development.

Requirements:

Experience working 1:1 with children, particularly those with behaviour needs.

Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with teachers, parents, and other support staff.

Strong behaviour management abilities to create a positive and focused learning environment.
