About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant to join a wonderful primary school in Tameside. This role involves supporting young children with high-level complex special educational needs (SEN). The Ideal Candidate:
- Passionate about working with young children with complex SEN.
- Experienced in supporting individualised education plans (IEPs).
- Skilled in using a variety of strategies to engage and support children with diverse needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient.
Qualifications:
- Level 3 TA Qual or willing to work towards this.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in working with early years and SEN children.
- Knowledge of SEN best practices and strategies.
