Role Overview:As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to students with SEN. Your role will involve assisting with classroom activities, implementing individualised education plans (IEPs), and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Essential:
- Experience working with children with SEN.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's development.
Desirable:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (TA) is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience with specific SEN conditions such as ADHD, ASD, dyslexia, etc.
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support.
