Randstad is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Manchester. In this role, you'll provide crucial support to students and teachers, helping to create an inclusive and effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with their individual learning needs, both one-on-one and in small groups.
  • Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Monitor and track student's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as needed.
  • Foster an inclusive environment that supports students with diverse learning needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to support students with various learning needs and adapt to different teaching strategies.
  • Enhanced DBS on the updated service is mandatory (or willingness to apply for one).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
