- Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with SEN.
- Assist with accessing the curriculum and developing independence.
- Collaborate with teachers to implement tailored learning strategies.
- Monitor progress and support positive behavior in the classroom.
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN.
- Strong understanding of learning difficulties (e.g., Autism, Dyslexia, ADHD).
- Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
- Level 2/3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent).
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
- Competitive pay £21,000 - £23,000 (Pro rata avaliable for part time)
