What You'll Be Doing:
Providing 1:1 and small group support to children with PDA and Autism.Using creative and personalised strategies to help manage emotional and behavioural challenges.Collaborating with teachers and therapists to create a holistic learning environment.Offering sensitive personal care and ensuring a safe, nurturing space for students to thrive.
What We're Looking For:
?? A genuine passion for working with children with additional needs, particularly PDA.?? Patience, empathy, and creativity in your approach.?? Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust.?? Experience in SEN or education is beneficial but not essential - full training provided!?? An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
