Teaching Assistant Role & Responsibilities:
- Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs including working with SEN
- Work with the teacher in intervention planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate
Requirements:
- Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people.
- Must have a passion for education.
- Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher.
