Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Role
Hays are seeking a learning support assistant for an SEND School in Trafford to join their provision team in January 2025. This individual must be passionate and committed to supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social and Emotional Mental Health Needs (SEMH). This is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent.

About You
- Experience working with children and young people with SEND
- A compassionate, nurturing and patient individual
- Strong differentiated communication techniques
- Able to provide tailored support and give structure to students
- The ability to work independently and effectively in a team
- Enhanced DBS certificate (or be happy to obtain one)
- Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
