ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will have to have referenceable experience with Special Needs pupils in a school environment or equivalent. It is essential to have excellent communication skills in order to have a good working relationship with pupils, teachers and parents. With a good knowledge and understanding of what it takes to work with pupils with SEN, you will need to be a confident and patient individual who has competent behaviour management skills.
