Role - SEN Primary Teaching Assistant at special needs primary school in Trafford.

Times - Monday to Friday 8:30am-4pm.

Contract - Start ASAP, full time & long term.

Pay - Up to £95/day for first 12 weeks, equal pay to perm staff in same role from 13th week. Paid PAYE via Tradewind, we don't use Umbrella companies!

The School & Pupils

  • Special Needs Primary school in the Trafford area.
  • All students have an EHCP for Autism, Complex Needs, SLD or PMLD.
  • All students working at lower levels than expected for their age.
  • Class sizes of no more than 10 pupils including TA support.
  • Long standing & supportive management.
  • Students are grouped by similar needs and levels rather than by age.

  • Have an enhanced DBS certificate that is on the Update Service (or be happy to pay for a new one).
  • Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable).
  • Minimum of two professional references checks.

  • Some experience supporting children with special needs.
