This role will start in December 2024 and involves providing full-time support to help the student engage with his learning, manage his tics, and feel supported in the school environment. The ideal candidate will be someone with experience in SEN support who can remain calm and composed, especially when faced with inappropriate language or behaviour. What You'll Bring: Experience working with children with SEN, particularly with conditions such as Tourettes or similar needs. A patient, resilient approach, able to maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
