You will play a key role in supporting students academic and social development, ensuring they thrive both in and outside the classroom. What You'll Bring: Experience working with children with SEN in a school setting is essential. A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to working with students with additional needs. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff and parents. An understanding of primary school routines and the ability to adapt strategies to meet the needs of SEN students.
