You will be providing 1:1 support to students with special educational needs, helping them access the curriculum and participate fully in school life. The role is ideal for someone who is dedicated to supporting children with SEN, helping them overcome challenges and reach their full potential. Responsibilities: Provide tailored 1:1 support to students with SEN, helping them engage with lessons and make progress. Assist with the social, emotional, and academic development of the students in your care. Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to deliver individualised learning plans and adapt strategies to meet each child's needs. Help students with daily routines and activities, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported in the classroom.
