What You'll Do:
Provide tailored 1:1 and group support to children with special educational needs (SEN).
Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed.
Work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Help children develop socially, emotionally, and academically, ensuring their well-being and progress.
What Were Looking For:
Experience working with children with special educational needs, either in a school or similar setting.
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting children with diverse needs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of children with SEN.
Eligibility Requirements:
Right to Work in the UK.
Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service (or willingness to apply).
Two professional references related to childcare or SEN support.
