Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Trafford. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism and ADHD.

As an SEN TA, you will: Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with additional needs. Assist the class teacher in implementing individual learning plans (ILPs). Support students with communication, social, and emotional development. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils. Use strategies to manage behaviour and support engagement in lessons.

Requirements: To be eligible for this role, you must: Have experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar setting. Be resilient, patient, and adaptable to meet the needs of different pupils. Hold a DBS certificate on the update service or be willing to apply for one through us. Have the Right to Work in the UK. Provide two professional child-related references.
