We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Didsbury, Manchester! This is a fantastic opportunity to support learners in their educational journey while working in a nurturing and rewarding environment.Position Details:Contract Type: On-going (term-time)Start Date: ASAPWorking Pattern: Part Time (Thursday and Friday)Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PMHourly Rate: £12.10Key Responsibilities:As a SEN Teaching Assistant, your role will include:
- 1:1 Support with a non-verbal child with special educational needs in their learning activities.
- Assisting teachers in the preparation of learning materials and classroom setups.
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitoring and recording student's progress and behaviour.
- Providing one-to-one support for children as needed.
- Collaborating with other staff members and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.

- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their individual needs.
- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications in special education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
