As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting learners with special educational needs, both inside & outside the classroom. Your responsibilities will include implementing individual education plans (IEPs) & personalised learning strategies, collaborating with teachers & professionals, assisting with personal care tasks & helping learners develop social & emotional skills.
We are seeking candidates who are eager to develop the skills & knowledge necessary to become excellent Teaching Assistants. The perfect candidate as a SEN teaching assistant in Manchester, M40
- Must be able to work 8.30 – 15.30 (Monday to Friday)
- Have experience working supporting needs like speech & language disabilities and autism
- Have excellent communication
- Have a positive and proactive attitude towards supporting children with SEN
- Must have previous experience either within the same role or supporting with SEN
