Primary School Teaching Assistant (SEN) in Manchester (M9)* A Specialist Provision attached to a mainstream Primary (M9).* Full-time roles available* Short-term and long-term positions available* Varied start dates* Competitive rate £13.00 - £15.25 p/hA Specialist provision within a mainstream Primary school in M9 require SEN Teaching Assistants. The school requires staff on short-term and long-term contracts on a full-time basis. The school cater for primary pupils with MLD, ASC, SCLN, SpLD, Visual impairments and HI. They are looking for individuals who are passionate to making a difference with children in Specialist settings. Within these roles, as an SEN Teaching Assistant, your job will involve creating positive relationships with the pupils and encouraging positive choices and behaviour. You will be expected to provide general support within the classes and work collaboratively with other LSAs and the class teachers. These roles have varied start dates therefore if you have any availability and are interested in the roles - please get in touch!Long-term roles available* Full-time positions (Monday-Friday, 8.30am-3.30pm/8.30am-4.00pm)* Required to commit to the school on a long-term basis* Interested in securing a permanent roleThe schools are keen to consider a variety of staff in terms of experience, you are likely to be successful whether you are an experienced SEN support assistant, a Teaching Assistant who has worked 121 within mainstream Primary schools, Have prior experience supporting children with special needs.
