Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting teachers in the delivery of engaging lessons.
- Supporting students with their learning, including those with additional needs.
- Helping to manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Preparing and organizing teaching materials as required.
- Providing one-to-one or small group support where needed.
About You:
- Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary).
- A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments.
- A valid DBS certificate or willingness to undergo a DBS check.
