Job Title: Special Education Needs (SEN) Coordinator

Salary: £14.77 per hour (dependent on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for dedicated SEN Coordinators to work across a variety of school settings in Manchester.
This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse students and schools, providing essential support to help children overcome barriers to learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing, planning, and implementing support for children with SEN.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create effective learning plans.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing training and guidance to school staff on SEN strategies.
- Monitoring the progress of students and adapting support plans as needed.
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar role or working with children with SEN.
- Strong knowledge of SEN legislation, EHCPs, and support strategies.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
- A valid DBS certificate or willingness to undergo a DBS check.
