About the Role
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs? Do you have the expertise to provide targeted support and help students achieve their full potential? We are looking for dedicated SEN Coordinators to work across a variety of school settings in Manchester.

This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse students and schools, providing essential support to help children overcome barriers to learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing, planning, and implementing support for children with SEN.
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create effective learning plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines and maintaining accurate records.
  • Providing training and guidance to school staff on SEN strategies.
  • Monitoring the progress of students and adapting support plans as needed.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or working with children with SEN.
  • Strong knowledge of SEN legislation, EHCPs, and support strategies.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
  • A valid DBS certificate or willingness to undergo a DBS check.
