Milk Education is seeking a Behaviour Buddy to assist children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a primary school located in Manchester.
The role requires previous experience supporting SEMH, as well as experience in a primary school setting.
Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with patience and empathy for working with children.
The position offers excellent pay rates and various benefits, including wellbeing support and free lesson plans.
Applicants should have at least one year of relevant experience to qualify for this role.

Milk Education are recruiting for a Behaviour Buddy to support children with SEMH within a supportive primary school based in Manchester. The school ensure that all staff are supported in their career progression and create regular opportunities for CPD.

Role & Responsibilities:

Supporting students with SEMH across the primary age group
Running key interventions to support learning
Strong behaviour management.
Collaborate with teachers to deliver tailored lessons and activities for students

Non-negotiables:

Previous experience supporting SEMH
Experience working within a primary aged setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy and a passion for supporting children with SEMH
