We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Supply Teachers/Cover Supervisors to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: As a Supply Teacher/Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuity of learning for students in the absence of their regular teacher. You will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behavior, and supporting students in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons based on pre-prepared materials.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively and implement de-escalation strategies as needed.
  • Support the learning and development of all students, including those with special educational needs.
  • Provide feedback to students and contribute to their ongoing development.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and school administration to ensure smooth transitions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience working in schools.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different learning environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
