�? Learning support MentorRole Overview:As a Learning Support Mentor, you will:

• Support groups of children across the key stages, focusing on bridging gaps in their learning.
• Deliver targeted interventions in core subjects, tailoring sessions to individual needs.
• Work with pupils of lower and middle ability, helping them stay on track and meet their targets.
• Collaborate closely with teachers to ensure each child receives the support they need to flourish and grow.

?? What We're Looking For in the appointed learning support mentor:

• Experience working with children in an educational setting.
• A passion for supporting pupils with varying learning needs.
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and communication skills.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
