We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated SEN Cover Supervisors to join our team.

Position Overview: As an SEN Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) in the absence of their regular teacher. Your responsibilities will include delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behavior, and providing tailored support to help students achieve their learning goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and accessible lessons based on pre-prepared materials.
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
  • Implement effective behavior management techniques and de-escalation strategies as needed.
  • Provide targeted support to students with SEN, adapting materials and approaches to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Offer constructive feedback to students to support their development.
  • Work closely with teaching staff and school administration to ensure seamless transitions and consistency in student support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience working in schools, preferably with SEN students.
  • Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a patient, empathetic attitude.
  • A passion for working with students with special educational needs and a commitment to fostering their success.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
