The successful candidate will be responsible for managing up to 8 children in an alternative provision setting. You must be able to teach Maths, English, Science, PE and general subjects up to KS3 level.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a safe and productive space.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching with SEN pupils.
  • Strong passion for teaching
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities
  • Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
