Tradewind are currently looking to recruit a SEND teacher for an excting and unique role which will start ASAP.A wonderful , single form entry school, which is rated 'Good' on OFSTED in the heart of Stalybridge are looking to appoint a full-time SEND teacher for their newly estbalished enhanced provision unit.The role will involve supporting a small group of children with additional needs to work towards indivdual targets and following their EHCP plans to achieve excellent progress. With a wide range of needs, academic, social, behavioural and emotional, this role offers variance where no two days will be the same, but a chance to feel extremely rewarded for the impactful support for the children.This is a unique role which offers a great work life balance within a focused environment and would be ideal for anyone passionate about making a difference to the lives and learning for children with additional needs. For the ideal candidate , this could materialise into a permanent opportunity for the next academic year.With the provision being a recent change, the school will welcome candidates with background SEND knowledge to also bring their own ideas to the table giving you a degree of autonomy in the role and provision to collaborate and put forward ideas.

The position is open to both ECT's and teachers further on in their career but direct experience with SEND pupils and complex needs is a must.
