About the Role:

As a Sales Advisor at The Heat Depot, you’ll be the friendly face and voice our customers interact with first. Whether you’re advising on gas fires, electric fires, or wood-burning stoves, your role will be to listen to customers' needs, provide expert advice, and help them find the perfect solution for their home. You’ll also have the chance to maximise sales by exploring additional opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Showroom Sales. Ideally, you’ll have knowledge of the fireplace and stove industry. However, candidates with experience in kitchen or bathroom showroom sales may also be well suited for this role.
  • Sales Skills: We need someone with face-to-face sales experience who’s confident, personable, and target-driven.
  • Technical Know-How: You should be able to discuss technical details clearly and accurately with customers.
  • Customer-Focused: Listening to and understanding customer needs is key to providing the best possible advice.
  • Multi-tasking Pro: Our showroom is a fast-paced environment, especially during the heating season (Sept to March), so being able to handle multiple tasks is a must.
