Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) to join our dynamic team. The postholder will deliver assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for adults with communication and/or swallowing difficulties, ensuring high-quality care and evidence-based practice. This role provides an excellent opportunity to further develop clinical expertise while supporting service improvement initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Duties:

Assess, diagnose, and manage speech, language, and swallowing disorders in adult patients with a range of conditions, including neurological, progressive, and acquired disorders.
Develop and implement individualised therapy plans to meet patient needs and goals.
Work collaboratively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
