My client based within the Higher Education Sector are currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant to join their team.

Monday to Friday
Full time- On site
£13.98-£17.88 per hour (paid weekly)

The successful candidate must have experience in the below:

-Coordination of day to day meetings, appointments and travel schedules including booking of travel, accommodation and ground transportation

-Diary management

- Processing of expenses

-Taking minutes

-Experience in preparation of accounts and the use of software: Oracle

-Administration duties

  • Ability to use the Oracle Finance system, local accounting packages (ARMIS and Hyperdata) for processing internal orders and invoices and the ability to use software packages such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and ASPEL (the Home Office electronic licensing system).
  • Fast and accurate transfer of data particularly with regard to the statutory and ethical requirements, where failure could lead to prosecution.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of contacts, both orally and in written form.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise own workload independently.
  • Understand and respect the need for absolute confidentiality.
