This well-established construction company has extensive experience in cladding remediation and commercial new builds. Operating nationwide, this main contractor is known for delivering high-quality industrial and commercial projects. They specialise in new builds, extensions, refurbishments, and building facades up to 30M across a variety of sectors. They are now looking for a Senior Estimator to join their team who will report directly to the commercial director.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Estimator or an Estimator ready to take the next step, to join a rapidly growing main contractor. The role offers clear career progression, stability, and a diverse range of projects.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will handle incoming inquiries from the Business Development Manager (BDM) and manage the tendering process for projects. This includes reviewing tender documents, preparing take-offs, and analysing supply chain tender returns.
The ideal candidate with have Estimating experience in New Build, cladding or fit out sectors and live a commutable distance from the office in Manchester.
