About the School

Key Responsibilities:

As a member of the Student Behaviour Support team, you will:

  • Support individual students by implementing tailored strategies to address their emotional and behavioural needs.
  • Help students build positive relationships and develop effective coping mechanisms.
  • Work collaboratively with staff to ensure classrooms are inclusive and supportive spaces for all students.
  • Encourage and reinforce appropriate behaviours through proactive techniques and consistent routines.
  • Keep records of student progress, contributing to reviews of behaviour management plans.
