A great opportunity for a Demand and Supply Planning Manager (Senior Merchandiser) to join a growing Ecommerce brand for 12 months in an FTC role. The business has grown rapidly in the last 2 year and are projected for further growth over the next 2 years,

Description

* Stock Availability: Ensure the business is 100% available on stock, without high covers or slow stock turn* Stock Critical Path: Review Critical Path / Delivery Schedule, ensuring the right decisions are made on the transit of stock (MDA)* Stock Purchases: Create NPD stock forecasts and monthly core rebuys* Stock Planning: Ensure stock is hitting our forward requirements and OTB is spent correctly, creating and justifying annual stock targets* Stock Optimisation: Actively manage to reduce expiring stock and slow turners; liasing between departments to advise and optimise stock by channel and region* The Demand Planning Manager will own the REFY stock position. They will create stock targets, analyse stock performance and ensure we are turning on sufficient cover without being overstocked.* They will know the requirements for the current year and beyond to ensure we are sufficiently planning ahead to hit targets.* They will monitor our OTB and ensure we are set up for success.* Annual planning of stock targets by SKU, accounting for Hero, Rising Star and A/B SKU's.* Create stock turn targets that allow for the efficient turning of stock from asset into revenue without compromising availability.* Ensure stock (demand) is planned to fulfil our commercial plans for both DTC and Retail partners, and use monthly re-forecasting meetings to align with the wider business commercial plans.* Ensure stock is ready for NPD launches and despatch dates.* Manage the reformulation strategy alongside the Production team

Profile

A minimum of 4 years experience working within a Demand Planning, Merchandising or stock forecasting background* Experience working in both the B2B and DTC sector* Experience in working with 3PL's* Must be highly proficient with WSSI and OTB management* Demonstrated strong communication and problem-solving skills* Good team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail* Passionate and driven* Personable and collaborative* Strong Excel skills (will need to work with complex spreadsheets and this is essential to the role)* Highly Organized* Data driven and numerical* Clear and transparent communicator
