What You'll Be Doing:
  • Driving Global Strategy - Take full ownership of the buying and merchandising strategy, developing and executing plans that align with our global growth objectives.
  • Build and inspire a high-performing, cross-functional team that drives results and fosters professional growth.
  • Research global market trends, analyse competitor strategies, and identify new opportunities to ensure our products stay ahead of the curve.
  • Lead the creation of commercial product ranges, collaborating with suppliers to refine designs, improve samples, and maintain quality standards.
  • Leverage market data and sales performance to continually optimise the product offering and improve business outcomes.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers and senior stakeholders, negotiating terms and resolving any issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Work with design and production teams to balance creativity and commerciality in every product range.
  • Ensure product offerings are not only in line with local consumer trends but also aligned with our broader global strategy.
What We Need from You:
  • Significant experience in fashion retail, particularly within fast-paced, global environments where you've been responsible for large-scale buying and merchandising decisions.

  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a clear ability to inspire, develop, and manage talent.
