What You'll Be Doing:- Driving Global Strategy - Take full ownership of the buying and merchandising strategy, developing and executing plans that align with our global growth objectives.

- Research global market trends, analyse competitor strategies, and identify new opportunities to ensure our products stay ahead of the curve.
- Lead the creation of commercial product ranges, collaborating with suppliers to refine designs, improve samples, and maintain quality standards.
- Leverage market data and sales performance to continually optimise the product offering and improve business outcomes.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers and senior stakeholders, negotiating terms and resolving any issues quickly and efficiently.

- Significant experience in fashion retail, particularly within fast-paced, global environments where you've been responsible for large-scale buying and merchandising decisions.
