PAYMENT STRATEGY MANAGER £70,000GREATER MANCHESTER
THE COMPANY
This company is a small and close-knit financial services business who have a number of exciting projects planned. This role is a great opportunity to own their payment strategy and this side of the business, managing one analyst within a larger team.
THE ROLE
- Identify and implement commercial payment initiatives to enhance customer experience, increase revenue, and reduce costs.
- Lead the monthly payments forum, providing updates on performance, risks, and initiatives.
- Manage relationships with payment service providers, optimising rates whilst maintaining high service standards
- Work across scheme rules and compliance across the business
- Collaboration with other departments including Finance to ensure accurate reconciliation of payments and refunds
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Essential to have experience in the payments space, within ecommerce, banking or a payments provider
- Good understanding of payments processing from Direct Debits, BACS, Cards, Mobile Wallets, Faster Payments etc
- Good understanding of payment regulations and scheme rules including PCI, PSD2 etc
- Prior management/coaching experience

- Up to £70,000 base salary
