Harnham are working with a leading digital retailer to bring in a new Payments Strategy Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the company's payment initiatives.

The Role

Subject matter expert on payment regulation and product across the business
Identify and drive commercial payments initiatives to improve the customer experience, drive revenue, and reduce costs.
Own the relationships with the company's payment service providers
Manage an Assistant Payments Manager

Your Skills and experience

Payments processing experience is required
Cards or Direct Debit product experience is ideal
Management experience is ideal
Experience with the governance and regulatory side of payments
