Harnham are working with a leading digital retailer to bring in a new Payments Strategy Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the company's payment initiatives.

The Role

  • Subject matter expert on payment regulation and product across the business
  • Identify and drive commercial payments initiatives to improve the customer experience, drive revenue, and reduce costs.
  • Own the relationships with the company's payment service providers
  • Manage an Assistant Payments Manager

Your Skills and experience

  • Payments processing experience is required
  • Cards or Direct Debit product experience is ideal
  • Management experience is ideal
  • Experience with the governance and regulatory side of payments
