Description
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies within the technology sector.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing needs and requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans as needed.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives within the procurement process.
- Ensure compliance with procurement and supply chain regulations and standards.
- Lead negotiation processes with suppliers to secure favourable terms.
Profile
A successful 'Sourcing Manager' should have:
- Experience within sourcing is a must and experience within technology would be beneficial
- Proven experience in sourcing and contract management
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to conduct market research and analysis.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of £49,500 - £65,000,
