Description
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans
- CAPEX category management
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers
- Identify and manage risks within the supply chain
- Establish strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
- Ensure procurement activities align with company goals
- Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans
- Lead cross-functional project teams
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimise the supply chain
Profile
A successful Strategic Sourcing Manager should have:
- CAPEX experience
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and systems
- Excellent project management skills
- A strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities
