Role: Associate Director, Healthcare Valuations Location: Manchester/ Leeds Salary: £60,000- £70,000 plus Car allowance and full benefits package
This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join in a well-established and well- respected team in Manchester/ Leeds covering both regional and national clients for a leading firm of chartered surveyors . In this company you will report into Partner level and benefit from the company's focus on career development. This opportunity involves utilising well established clients and building a team to cover the North of England. Within this role you will carry out a varied and diverse range of valuation instructions including red book, development and portfolio valuations.

The successful candidate will be a chartered surveyor and a RICS Registered Valuer
